We're happy to announce that our ongoing work to educate and inform has resulted in two new website sections.
The “Advisory” section is reserved for any critical information the public should know. This year we issued two advisories about low water and boat/dock removal. When there's nothing urgent to know, that section will say that there are no advisories at this time.
The “Did You Know” section is a rotating Fun Fact to help provide a broader understanding of the history, size and scope of this big, ol’ system. Each time you access the site, there will be a new tidbit with which to regale your friends.
You may also see that we'll occasionally "pin" a post to the top of the feed eg. the annual meeting info. Last year there was so much news about low levels that our meeting info got pushed down and we fielded numerous enquiries for that info. Now we can keep it at the top for you.
