TSW Releases Drawdown Forecast September 28th 2026
The TSW has stated that this will be the last drawdown forecast for this year. As we round out the last two weeks for this drawdown season, some lakes still have bit to go to get to winter set. It is important to note that this is over the next 2 week period, so the lakes will continue to ease down. It will not be super abrupt and shouldn't be any faster than we have seen up till now. When we get to the end of the forecast our lakes will be at their winter sets. - What this means - After log operations come to an end for the year the lake will rise and fall naturally with the precipitation. The lakes may fluctuate slightly even though there will be no intervention from the TSW.
