The previously published severe water level adjustments will not happen. The new figures show both increases and decreases across the lakes compared to the original forecast.
Explanation: In response to CEWF concerns on the original forecast, TSW advised that those numbers were the adjustments that would be required if they were to achieve their 'equal percentage drawdown' guideline within this 2 week period. Such severe adjustments would be significantly damaging. The new forecast update reflects the actual planned actions, as TSW moves in measured steps towards the equal percentage drawdown objective.
